It guides you through a complete workout in yoga even if you have never done it before, it is good to follow and you can really get into it.
At some parts it goes a bit quick, when you really need it to slow down and explain.
It was very good and i have enjoyed following the programme for many weeks as there is a basic and intermediate workout included.
