They have an automated service which I think has no feel of customer service and tracking your order is not made obvious how to do it. Their workflow is email address based, ie. you have to email only when your order has been outstanding for a certain length of time.
I have waited since 29th June 2008 and am still waiting for my motorola V3 to be unlocked but I think the worst thing is on their website it says:
1: the last 5 phones to be unlocked included two Motorola V3's AND also it says Motorola Delays, orders submitted between the 12 June and the 3rd July ( £3.99) are delayed due to an upgrade of the unlocking system. Orders after this date are now the higher price of £9.99 and are being processed in three working days. Which I take to mean that they are processing the more expensive orders but not the older less expensive ones - Mine!!
