Good Points

Close to town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and very interesting chateau (under going well needed restoration in parts). Well placed as a stop off for those wishes to rest before they venture further south or on way back to port. Very well equipped laundry facilities. Good value.


Bad Points

Was once a municipal site and in many ways still represents my idea of one. At one block one of the mens urinals is in open in view of those staying at top end of site when they walked to shower block. Located next to municipal swimming pool which looks very drab.


General Comments

Excellent shower block with plenty of hot water. Very well maintained pitches and generally very quite. Does contain a high number of holiday lodges. Saying that we enjoyed our stay here on way back from Dordogne. Met some lovely people. High proportion of English attracted here through the fact that sites accepts camping cheques and the like.
