Good Points

Very helpful staff and the family that own the hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. The pool area was always neat and tidy and pool clean. However the best point about the hotel is its location near to all amenities, shops, beach and bus routes.


Bad Points

Noisy neighbours kept us awake several nights though this was not the hotel's fault you could not close the patio doors at night because it was so hot. No air conditioning and in the summer time you really need it. I thought the rooms were very basic and not very clean. They were only cleaned every other day and not thoroughly in my opinion, especially the bathroom. I thought the towels were rough so we recommend you bring your own. Kitchens were adequate though you have to pay extra to use it even the fridge.


General Comments

Would recommend this Africamar Hotel for budget travellers looking for a quiet resort away from the madness of Alcudia. The hotel would suit families and couples who have realistic expectations.
However I feel the hotel would benefit of a general up date.
