Good Points

John Lewis Nursery dept - has lovely display and arrangements of products


Bad Points

Customer service.
I bought a cotbed and they didn't tell me it was out of stock.


General Comments

They said it would take up to 28 days but I still don't have my cot after 48 days and still no sign of it yet!

I would not recommend buying a cot from here unless they have it in stock and can deliver it when you state. Now my precious baby doesn't have anywhere to sleep.
