General Comments

I have rented car for 2 weeks to EU countries. I have read list of additional charges before I have booked this trip. Also I have called their reps to assure that there will be no additional charges to travel to this EU country ( Czech Republic). They have told me no more then 35 EURO for the whole 14 day would be charged. After I have booked I have received receipt from NovCar and they took charges from my VISA.
In contract agreement ( received after I booked ) there was mention of additional 12 - 18 EURO/day for border crossing to some EU countries. Since I had assurance that Czech Rep was not one of them I have ignored this. Also during pickup I was not made aware that there will be 15 EURO/day additional charges. After trip 2-3 weeks I have received invoice with=50% more charged then what I was quoted. They have taken 2 month after I have complain to tell me that their charges are correct and I should expect them.
