General Comments

I called about changing car over waited in a queue for 25 minutes, could not hear what the girl was saying so she said she would phone straight back, 30 minutes later no call, so yes another 15 minutes later I finally got back through, I had a quote for another car we was thinking of purchasing. 3 days later I went on the internet to get a quote it had gone up £120. I called back eventually got through I asked why the quote was different he could not understand what I was talking about and kept on butting in when I tried to explain, you ' ve guessed it I am canceling the policy and I got a far better quote else where. Shop else where don't consider more than I never will.
