General Comments

Searched the 'net for a high quality down duvet and came across the website of this company. Made an order out for their top range down duvet and noticed that the standard postage said next day delivery. Before completing the order I came across these reviews, many bad worryingly, so phoned the company to double check their stock. Answered right away and said it was 3-5 days delivery despite the website claiming next day. I then placed the order - yesterday afternoon, and pleasantly surprised to receive the item this morning, less than 24 hours. Item appears excellent and now airing as recommended.
