Internet is fast, technically very good company.

General Comments
I found my conversations with virgin media support extremely frustrating and longwinded - over a very simple tech support issue. When I finally got through to someone technical I was understood perfectly - if I knew the direct line to that person I would use it, the problem is they are very reluctant to let you.
