Hertz Belfast, the service was bad. We were told we had arrived too early to collect the car (30 minutes) and if we wanted a car straight away it would be extra, so we waited and then were told the internet booking did not include any insurance and it would be an extra £30 a day. Finial total 3 times more than internet booking.
We said NO, walked over to another car rental company, and booked a car (with free upgrade) did not have to wait, staff were friendly and paid the original price we found on the internet.
