Having to queue for everything, dirty rooms, bad food .

I never like to complain, and usually when on holiday I make the most of where ever we are. Have travelled with first choice before and had a great time. We were polite to staff always smiled and tipped our maid 2 lev every morning. That did not mean that our room got cleaned because it didn't we had dirty towels and all the maid did in the morning was give us more dirty towels and move one set of dirty bed linen onto the next bed then fold the old sheets and put them back on the same bed again - sorry put them at the bottom of the bed as we had to make out own bed every day. Our bathroom was never cleaned even after a few days with all of us being ill, in the end we complained to the rep and showed them our room who so was disgusted she got a cleaner straight away and told them to clean our room - that was the only time it was sort of cleaned properly. We had paid extra for for a suite - which it certainly was not, it was just a large room (over looking reception) with a tiny bathroom - no bath just a shower so had problems with 1 year old with screaming fits as she does not like showers. Four beds put together and one double sofa which was unfit to sleep on oh and a cot that had no padding so for a mattress they had put in a nylon duvet folded up and it was also too small for our 1 year old. We had one wardrobe with 4 hangers between six of us so was forced to leave our clothes in the cases for the whole holiday. The bathroom had 3 uncovered broken drains and mould everywhere even on the shower curtain. We was promised a change of rooms if we could wait a couple of days then they denied all knowledge and said we could not change, then reps did nothing to help us with this.
The queueing really got us down there are 6 of us two of which are 3 and 1 so queueing and sorting out dinner for them was a nightmare, by the time I had queued for their dinner and made sure they were ok the queues were too long for me and I always ended out with salad from the cold bar and as for booking other resturants you had to queue early in the morning to do that and we had enough problems getting the kids up and out to queue for the kids club's (if they could get in), so had no chance to try the other resturants. We lost the first 8 days through illness and none of that was due to drinking too much, or too much sun. I could go on but fear I would run out of space.
