Several good points but....
Bad Points
Absolutely no customer service. Pass the buck all over and never respond. That outweighs all the good points as far as I am concerned.
General Comments
A month ago I wrote a positive '8' review. We were content except for damaged luggage. Now I am giving them a '0' rating. Luggage was damaged. I spent weeks making phone calls and being sent all over the place and back and around again over and over. I also sent emails on the website (which by the way is useless and the worst business website I have ever seen) and to the official claims website....3 times, with photos. I have not once, not ever gotten a reply that they got my messages, even when I keep asking. Phone calls just send you on to an new number.
For that reason they get bottom rating. Customer service is one of the most important features in considering who I give my business to. I can ignore minor issues as long as the sincerely try. There has been no effort.
Unresolved issue.
No more Mexicana for me.
