Bad Points
They folded a cardboard poster to put it into a shipping carton. The carton was cheap and flimsy, so it got even more bent up in the shipping process. I asked for a refund, and they refused. They said they had not bent it and that they ship posters in "special boxes." They would only ship a replacement after I sent a piece of the poster back in an envelope. I fully expect to receive another bent poster.
General Comments
The phone is not toll free. They refuse to provide refunds even though this policy is not stated anywhere. They were rude on the phone. Don't even think of ordering from them.
