Good Points
I recently returned from Halkidiki, first holiday abroad, Found First choice cabin crew extremely helpful, happy to help, on outward journey cabin crew found it was our first trip on an aeroplane and could not do enough to help, thankful for the conversation as this made us all feel very relaxed. On our return journey my daughter developed a severe headache and earache, the cabin crew were very helpful and attentive, even gave my daughter a free meal to help with her headache, we were very appreciative, but at same time very glad we had opted out of a meal when we booked our holiday. No delays at all outgoing or return.
Bad Points
The Colour is awful, aqua green seats, cranky metal seats, extremely basic. Check in desk, outgoing from Birmingham, not the happiest of staff, tried to make conversation with her to no avail. The seating space was very small my husband has average length legs and uncomfortable on both journeys, poor thing outgoing and returning he had the same gentleman in front of him and this gentleman decided he wanted to recline his sit irregardless of where the people behind were comfortable or not, my husband being my husband said nothing.
General Comments
I will fly with First Choice again, but not further than 3hrs 20 min this was quite enough. The seating was awful, good job colour schemes don't cause travel illness. The Crew were pleasant, efficient and friendly. I felt sorry for them actually all they had to do, but obviously no time to do it in. Please First Choice change your planes, very basic, very old.
