Cheap but u get to know why
Dont cover you for much at all, advise you to read the small print!
I am so surprised by the good comments about this company on here and can only assume they are written by employees because this company is not 1st class or great at all! I had my phone stolen but as I didn't witness it, I had to claim it as a loss. I claimed through CUSC and they had refused on the grounds that they do not cover for theft or loss whilst in any form of public transport or public place other than when the phone is taken by actual or threatened force (actual text from their policy). So they are saying if you lose the phone, unless it was by force (which is impossible) or you lose it in your home (which is ridiculous) the you are not covered!
I decided to read it more and the list of things they dont cover you for is laughable! For instance, they claim to cover you for accidental damage but according to the policy and I quote word for word, they don't cover wear or tear, mechanical or electrical breakdown, corrosion, rust, dampness, water, condensation, cracks, flaws or fractures, scratching, chipping, abrasion, change of colour, texture or finish! LOL so what accidental damage do they cover you for I wonder?
I will never go with them again and will stick to my network provider in future!
