Good Points
Great choice of Meals including a good selection of Fish dishes.
Very welcoming staff.
The food is all made there including a great selection of home made deserts.
The Fish and chips is brilliant as are the home made steak and ale pies.

General Comments
I thought The Red Lion at Newton had gone downhill until the new owners took over with a lot of investment and a new chef it has really come back up to scratch.
My husband and I now eat there regularly as they have different specials every week. They also do the best sunday lunch you can get in a pub for miles around.
