The Farnemham depot in Hampshire are VERY slow to answer the phone, I let it ring for over 8 minutes before it was answered on 3 occasions. They have no depot on the Isle of Wight and if you miss a delivery your pacels goes back to Farnenham, so you can't call for it. This means having to phone again, wait ages for it to be answered. I was advised on Friday that a redelivery would be made on Monday, it wasn't. I telephone Tuesday and advised it was out "today". Still didn't arrive!
Useless - waste of money. Spend your cash with another company if you live on the Isle of Wight, we've InterLink and UPS and several others, FedEx are impolite .
