Quick results, more energy, and less tired all the time
Bad Points
Shakes sometimes taste bit powdery but only if u have not blended for long enough
General Comments
I thought the shakes were def paletable, not the best but i enjoyed them for lunch and breakfast, then had my meal for dinner but not too late in the day.
I was told i could eat what i normally eat in moderation but i chose to be as strict as possible and cut out carbs and dairy and used soy milk instead of dairy with the shakes which was so much better.
Im classed as overweight just but after having 2 children i was exercising but had hit a point where the weight would not shift but just into second week on it now and lost 5 pounds plus inches from my body.at the start u find u need to wee alot but it wears off after first week.
i found i was given good facts and info about the product as i have been stupid and desperate enough to have been scammed in the past, and had a personal wellness coach call to monitor my progress as i bought herbalife from formula4life
Overall i am enjoying this diet and not finding it a chore to struggle
