    General Comments

    I and my family have used Photobox for years with excellent results until my last order which still hasn't arrived after 5 weeks. Phone calls and emails get a temporary fix and an assurance that it is being dealt with only to discover a few days later that nothing has happened. The only recent improvement is that now they admit they don't know what's happening. This is a large order and I'm loath to just overlook it. Typing "complaint" into the site's search engine only produces an answer about complaints concerning unsuitable or offensive photos. Apparently there's no need from them to have a complaints sections for customers.
