In April of this year we spent £1700 on SEO work with assurances that we would be on page 1 of well known search engines, and if not satisfied then our money would be refunded in full. Whilst waiting for the work to be done (we were told it would take a month) we were introduced to something called Keyword Resale where we 'bought' keywords which would then be sold to a buyer in America, giving us a profit which would be paid directly into our bank. We would never use them again. In total we spent nearly £7000. We have now started legal proceedings against this company and intend to get our money back.

    thornhill2 i too paid money towards their keyword resale and have had lots of excuses as to why i haven't got my money. is there a way i can contact you to get advice on how to recover my money or maybe to help make your case stronger. Are you seeking damages as well as your refund?
