I bought a washing machine which was shown as in stock so ordered using my credit card. One hour after ordering received an email saying it is not in stock and will not come back in stock anymore your order is cancelled. I haven't received any refund it is now exactly 9 days and cant go elsewhere to buy washing machine because the funds are earmarked pixmania neither decline it nor take it out. My credit card company cant do anything as pixmania is authorised the amount on transaction. I have no way that I can contact the company except email them and they reply back after two days saying I need to provide them proof. Now proof would have been no problem if it is taken out and not earmarked. There head office is in France and no one answers any phone calls. I am not going to use this service ever again. If you notice the prices they offer on products no wonder how.
