General Comments

I got the o2 cocoon phone from the store i have had so many problems with it. The phone stopped charging so i took it back to the store they issued me with a new charger still the same problem occurred again. They sent it away for repair i got a phonecall saying the engineer's had checked it out and i have a £82.00 bill to pay for repair. I am very disappointed and will certainly not be paying this i cannot wait until my contract is up so i can change network and handset. I have looked across the internet and have came across numerous complaints about "batteries / battery life" with the o2 cocoon phone.
