Bad Points
They don't answer the phone, say there open from 10am still no answer and it's 11.25am! they don't reply to your emails.
General Comments
I had the 14 day free trial with the promise of 2 free cinema tickets, but no tickets have come, I cancelled my free trial, with in the time and had proof of postage, but I got charged and I still can't get the £14.99 back, will have to go to consumer direct. I wish I had read the comments on this website before using this company.
