I ordered boots from this company back in April 2008. Needless to say, despite being debited straight away, I never received the boots. I was in email communication with a manager for a while, but all I got was seemingly different excuses and broken promises. Luckily, my credit card company (I live in New Zealand) has a guarantee to refund your card if the goods never turn up, so I was at least able to get my money back. But what an awful experience! Has left a sour taste in my mouth, and much disappointment at still not being able to find boots to fit my small calves here in NZ.
