Excellent picture and a lot of channels for the money.
Poor customer service.
July 30. I had no t.v. I did not know about the warranty on the satelitte. After 2 days of talking to someone at ditect t.v. I got a sevice call for Aug.1 between 12 and 4. Someone called me at work to get directions to my house I gave him directions. At 7:00 p.m. I came home from work no t.v. I called and was told it would be next tuesday before any one could come out. I was then asked when I was going to pay my bill and did I want to set up a date to pay my bill. I then called and was told sat. Aug.2 someone would be here to fix my satelitte at 3:30 I was told 2 jobs ahead of me. Then I was told someone would call me the next morning. No phone call. I went to church and called again, this time the supervisor said he had no knowledge of this problem. Someone finally came at 3:30 that afternoon and fixed the problem. I have had cable for 16 yrs.and when i moved i decided to try direct t.v. I was extremly pleased and still am but i feel something should be done about my bill for 5 days of no t.v. and poor customer service.
