Has a non stop flight from JFK to Mumbai
Horrible service, horrible food,
My fiance and myself went to India (Mumbai) in July to get married. My fiance (now wife) is a vegetarian and Delta ran out of vegetarian meals on board. Shows how much they have researched the route. Most flights going to and from India carry PLENTY of vegetarian meals since a lot of the passengers are Indians and are vegetarians.
On the way back, the audio in the seats we got weren't working. After repeated requests to try and "reset" their system for our seats, we were finally told that "sorry, it's out of order." It was a LONG FLIGHT with NO ENTERTAINMENT (16 hours).
Flight attendants are really rude.
All in all, these American Airlines are low cost perhaps but they have taken the pleasure out of flying and made it into a hassle.
