Cool, soothing, and neither sticky nor slippery. Although it was quite thick it was non-greasy and absorbed quickly, and despite being so quickly absorbed my (fairly dry) skin still felt moisturised the next morning.
I haven't found it in UK shops yet (but I haven't looked further than supermarkets/chemists/department stores, to be fair).
I bought RoC Minesol Protect Aftersun Repairing Balm in France last summer, and would have bought it again this year if I could have found it in the UK. In fact, I would happily use it as my moisturiser in the winter too, when my skin gets dry.
Cool, soothing, and neither sticky nor slippery.
