Everything - its slower than before, useless windows you cant close. pop up window to read/compose message - I used to open various msgs in tabs, now I can only have one message up at a time (though I can have two copies of the same message !). Occasional lost access to mailbox telling me the account had been deactivated.

General Comments

Very poor in relation to the competition eg. yahoo/gmail let you download your email folders into a zip file. Can't see why you would use excite anymore - and I've been using it for over a decade.
