Have had no problems with this hosting company. Customer services has been fine.
They no longer provide FrontPage Extensions.
I have several websites with 123-reg and have just went to setup another one, only to be told that they no longer provide Frontpage Extensions. As I use Microsoft Frontpage for all of my websites, I will unfortunately now have to find another hosting company. They told me that it was a corporate decisions to cease providing Frontpage Extensions - not a very good move on their part as customers using Frontpage have been left in the cold. They will tell you that you can upload your website using an FTP program. In actual fact, I have been told by several knowledgeable contacts that this is not advisable and that some of the functions won't work unless I have FrontPage Extensions.
