Rubbish service...always told 'Nothing we can do'. No concept of good customer service
I had my flight bumped three days later than my original booking, this was not something I could do. So I suggested an earlier flight from the same flight provider. I was advised I would have to pay an extra £150.00 for flights and £300.00 to change my hotel stay...even though it was the same hotel and just 3 days earlier.
Added to which this was all booked and paid in full in May, now with a month to go I am expected to pay £450.00 extra for a holiday I had already paid for. I have made at east 20 calls to them and not even one mention of compensation came from them.
