Bad Points

The bad points, HSBC Fraud Prevention team, these are frustrating when your trying to run a small business, they constantly block payments to suppliers claiming they could be fraudulent even companies you use on a daily basis, to get the transaction un-blocked you have to call through where you will get through to someone of very little help, once the payment is un-blocked you can then make your payment again until next time.


General Comments

HSBC Commercial card it does have a few good points such as the main support team are fairly easy to deal with and normally quite helpful. While I have no issues with HSBC as a bank don't use their commercial card unless you have a lot of spare time to be calling them every day to get payments cleared!
