Once upon a time probably the best ISP around, unfortunately since the initial takeover by Pipex and then eventually TIscali, this is one to avoid.
I stuck with it for a few months to give it a chance, and have had issues with speed, dropped connections, and poor customer service.
Moving to IDnet this week, fingers crossed!
