WebCreationUK were excellent from start to finish, and even after the finish (odd changes made here and there on the site) they have been very efficient. I was allowed as many revisions as possible to the design until I felt it was just right.
They reply to emails quickly and are friendly and courteous both by email and telephone. When developing my site, I was very new to websites etc (my first and only site) and at times I felt I was pestering the company too much with questions, but they never gave the impression I was bombarding them too much.
They are quick to quote prices for additional works to be carried out. I had a search engine inserted on to my site and everything was done at my own pace and was only inserted onto the live site once it was 100% complete "behind the scenes".
If I were to state a bad point, the only slightly negative point I can think of, and I'm having to think hard here, is occasionally I have sent revisions to be carried out on the site which have been misinterpreted and the wrong revisions made, but perhaps I hadn't explained myself properly in the first instance. Either way, they were quickly rectified with my return email.
Very pleased with the service received and I would highly recommend WebCreationUK to anyone thinking of creating a website. Wide expertise in a whole host of web design (search engines, PayPal payment forms etc are a couple of examples on my site) and they have always exceeded my expectations with work carried out.
