I too was caught by this site. I shoulda known when I had a mystery charge on my bank statement. That coupled with a recurring subscription I forgot about made me overdraw my account and get a fee. I called their # [800-755-5909] and spoke to some guy.
Hopefully they follow through with canceling my account, and refunding me my money they, IMHO took from me.
Worse comes to worse, as many people have said, get a replacement card.
In the future I, and I recommend everyone here does is call the company BEFORE doing business with them when you're in the wild of the internet. Otherwise stick with eBay, amazon, and well established companies who'll protect you, and will be there for awhile.
