I was transferred to Vodafone when DotMobile went into administration and found myself paying for a service on a sim card which didnt exist.
Vodafone didnt to check the old records of DotMobile to find the old cancellation details and I ended up having to hand them over £70 for mistakes which I feel they had encurred during the purchase of DotMobile. To add insult to injury they then charged me another £35 for an extra month while they "cancelled" my contract again. Very disappointed with the apparent lack of organisation over this and general good practice over this.
