I am on my 10th day, and have clearly noticed the lack of cravings to smoke. I have not experienced any nausea, but it has really effected my sleep patterns. sometimes feel very very sleepy, and at then at night, wide awake.
I have reduced the amount of ciggarrettes i smoke, but still smoking more on habit and routine as opposed to wanting one. Dont get the hit or the high anymore either which is strange. Quitting completley tomorrow.
