I can't think of any. You can get electric and gas from the same supplier. Is that a good point?
Bad Points
The customer is always wrong! BG claim to have read my electric meter yet it's wildly inaccurate. Despite me contacting them twice by phone and once by email, they still continue to harass me into paying a huge bill which I simply don't owe.
General Comments
Absolutely shocking level of customer service! One hand just doesn't appear to know what the other hand's doing in their accounts dept.
