I have booked a holiday to Dubai, going with my disabled mother - I clearly requested private car transfer from the airport to the hotel - even though I have this on first written confirmation from the agent when my final invoice came thorugh but this has not yet been honoured it seems, I have to take the shuttle or pay for private transfer which could cost as musc as £100.00? This is not right and in my opinion is should be by law that they must provide private transfer as per my first confirmation or I am entitled to a full refund. Therefore I do not recommend Holiday Genie.com.
