Flight out from Birmingham was on time, staff were helpful and the flight was fine.
Flight back was late leaving, my seat was broken so permanently reclined. I found the oxygen masks difficult to operate and staffs praying and crying was a little unnerving.
I flew back with Onur Air in September 2007 and it was the worst flight I have ever been on. Luckily for me I cannot sleep on a plane so did not have to wake up like most passengers to the nightmare of loud banging, the plane plummeting and the oxygen masks coming down.
I understand that all of this can happen with any airline, the reason I will not use Onur Air again is that they just didn't give me what I would call explanations. I found getting information from a company based in Turkey was impossible. Next time I'll spend a few extra quid and get a better airline.
