Facilities top notch apart from changing rooms
Bad Points
Staff arent always very helpful. Lifeguards use their mobile phones while they are supposed to be watching the pool. Classes are cancelled without informing you. Changing rooms lockers either don't lock or have the wrong number written on the key.
General Comments
When i first joined Next Gen In Chorley it didn't show many problems but as time has gone by its got worse. Classes are cancelled for children so if you are parents there goes your gym time.
