Everything, from the very start. Avoid at all cost.
Rude managers in my opinion, hard door to door sales man, customer service appeared to be non existent.
I orginally agreed the price and style of my kitchen back in July 08. However, ever since handing over my deposit, everything has went from bad to worse. Firstly, they could not provide me with the original specification of my kitchen, and the finance was all wrong. Their customer service is a joke, they do not help and just avoided me. Also, the managers are very rude. I am seeking my deposit back and cancelling my order, as from my view, if they cannot resolve this matter before the actual order, and installation of the kitchen, I do not want to even imagine the kind of problems I will face when it comes to installation.
