Car was clean and a good standard
Too many to mention but here's a selection:-
1. Waited over 90min in a queue just to collect the car
2. Understaffed and rude
3. Complete lack of customer service and focus
4. Didn't get the car booked - no explanation/apology/upgrade etc
Europcar is the 'partner' for easyJet. If renting form an airport where easyJet use, I would NEVER consider using europcar again. The appalling organisational chaos is only compounded by the rudeness of staff. If this hadn't been pre-paid, we would have walked away and used just about any other company - all of which seemed calm and professional by comparison.
The terrible delay to pick up the car really spoilt the start to our vacation.
