Bad Points

I cancelled my phone insurance a year and a half ago when I upgraded my phone. I noticed this month that i'm still paying it and CarphoneWarehouse have refused to give me a refund. I have now had to stop the direct debit via my bank.


General Comments

Carphone Warehouse have messed me around on several occasions involving insurance and other matters. I would strongly advise you do not deal with them.
