They seemed like an improvement on BT .
Bad Points
I have been charged for display caller id which I do not have for over a year. Despite countless phone calls and e-mails, the problem remains. Abysmal customer service in my opinion, I'm probably going to go back to BT, albeit reluctantly.
General Comments
So angry and disappointed that the Post Office have delivered an even worse service than BT, I found it disgraceful, really.
