I thought the style of the dresses was great and I did find one that I particularly liked. However, the bad points did unfortunately outweigh this (please refer below)
I thought the service seemed very pressured - I did not feel comfortable and I felt that I had to really keep on justifying why a dress was not right, instead of feeling positive about one that I did like. The whole experience was not nice and in particular I felt very aggrieved because I had paid £25 for the appointment. I actually did successfully get a refund.
I have been to quite a few bridal stores and although I cant say negative points about the dresses themselves, the apparent hard sell tactics to try to get me to buy a dress I really did not appreciate - it actually really put me off. Other brides that I have spoken to have said that they have heard about similar experiences so it is not only me. Although I saw a dress that I liked, the experience put me off so much that I have decided not to go back there. Choosing a dress should be an enjoyable and not a stressful experience!
