Started out great, high contention in London meant speed soon fell
Rapid decline over recent months in my experience. Long customer service waits. Regularly lost broadband connection.
I have been with plusnet for three years and am now definitely leaving. The quality of service has declined as have problems getting customer service. My line repeatedly dropped connection and now I have been without broadband for 72 hours. They are 'looking into it'. Nowhere near as good as they used to be. I previously used zen and may return to them... or bethere?
