Bad Points

Bad customer service. Scripted responses. No account managers who can actually make a decision.


General Comments

Im a platinum MINT credit card customer and have been flawlessly managing my card for over 4 years and was given a very competetive rate. This month they increased my interest rate by a staggering 13%. When I called to complain about this they quoted 'Terms & Conditions' allowed them to increase whenever they wanted and to what rate they wanted and refused to amend the rate. I believed this to be wholly unacceptable and therefore closed my account without further ado. I feel for those who cannot afford to do so. My advice is STAY AWAY from MINT!
