Surrounding area
There is more comfort sleeping in the car for the week than in the accommodation provided as comfort accommodation. What they advertised and what they delivered were two different things.
They sell you a Rolls Royce which turns out when you arrive to be a Skoda. Standard and cleanliness of the comfort accommodation is very poor, loose taps, window handle fell off, stains on furniture and bad smells are just a few examples. Moved from first accommodation but second one no better. This accommodation was not cheap £800.
When you complain the attitude from management is if you are not happy then leave. No refund is offered. Promotes great family get togethers and they look forward to seeing you that is until you complain and they want you out.
