Tour good, if a little rushed through.
Queued for 40 minutes to get tickets. Then another 30 to buy food in the cafe and then to top it off even though we had already purchased tickets we had to queue for 2 HOURS to do the deep mine tour. Food establishments awful.
No one indicating how long the queue was when we first turned up. When we purchased tickets we thought that would be the end of the queuing. They still kept selling the tour tickets even though the queue was so long.
Food place awfully organised, quality poor. Queued for 30 minutes to buy our vegetarian option. Was served meat bolognase. Didn't realise until chewing the first mouthful. I think they just gave us anything and hoped we wouldn't notice.
PS This is meant to be a top 10 attraction in North Wales - I dread to think what the other 9 are like.
