Good Points

I thought the entertainment was fab and my three kids aged 9, 10 and 12 adored the kids club.


Bad Points

Confusion concerning choice of restaurants. You had three inclusive choices and 10 that you had to pay for if you wanted to attend. Also very bad co-ordination of shuttle buses by cruise staff. Some of who were extremely curt with passengers. Also older generation could have been assisted in buffets better. I saw several of them being pushed around and no staff intervened when necessary.
No place to sunbathe by pool, everyone put towels out at crack of dawn.


General Comments

Management should provide all pax with evaluation forms at end of cruise. Many older pax may not have access to internet. In terms of equality of opportunity these policies and procedures should be reviewed to provide for 1st class customer service. All shuttle buses should be provided free of charge; it was an absolute fiasco. Excursions were overpriced and not enough cups in self service breakfast dining area.
